Following the briefing by Musana Tours and the travel driver, we will embark on a scenic 2-hour journey to Akagera National Park, traversing through picturesque countryside adorned with stunning hills.

Upon arrival, we will engage in a morning game drive with a knowledgeable park guide. Anticipate captivating sightings of zebras, Maasai giraffes, leopards, elephants, lions, buffaloes, rhinos, and various antelopes.

Although the game drive duration will be moderate, it allows ample time to return to your hotel for lunch in preparation for the afternoon boat safari.

The boat safari on Lake Ihema promises an exceptional opportunity to observe diverse bird species, crocodiles, hippos, and land animals quenching their thirst along the shores. Keep an eye out for the majestic shoebill storks, kingfishers, fish eagles, and cormorants.
