Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1

Transfer from Kigali to Uganda

Our guide will meet, greet and hand you a welcome gift at the airport You will be transferred you to your lodge at the edge of Bwindi impenetrable forest national park, you will have a stop over at Kabale town for stretching and shopping.

If you want anything paxal, transfer goes through Uganda's scenic gorilla highlands with various hills and valleys, tea plantations and wonderful people, arrive at the lodge in the evening for dinner, or entertainment on campfire.

DAY 2

Gorilla Trekking In Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Wake up early have breakfast and leave for gorilla trekking. You will attend a briefing at Uganda wildlife center . Following your guides lead, you will start your trek to find the fabulous mountain gorillas! Find the gorillas can take up to 4 to 7 hours but is so rewarding in the end. As a note, You should be prepared to walk on sometimes slippery footpaths and uneven terrain on your way to the gentle giants.

You will spend one hour observing and enjoying the primate family after which you will head back for debriefing and receive a gorilla trekking certificate. As an extra service, walking sticks will be provided and if you think you need a porter for your extra luggage and to offer a hand in case you need support in the jungle please ask for one.

After the trek, Transfer to lake Bunyonyi for evening relaxation on one of the islands of east Africa's second deepest but safe fresh water lake, Here you can do swimming or a boat ride to visit the islands.

DAY 3

Rest at the Lake and Later Transfer to Kigali

Wake up at leisure. While at the lake, you can do one of the activities listed here: bird watching, swimming, high ropes, zip line on top of the water, string bike, boat ride to the 29 islands of Africa's second deepest lake and the famous Punishment Island (Akempene), after having lunch at the hotel, Transfer to Kigali international airport.
