This 1 Day Tour of culture and history will expose you to Rwanda's rich cultural heritage and history that defines this country of a thousand hills, we will visit the genocide museums, palaces, the city of Kigali, markets, and other aspects of culture, by the close of the day you will have decided either to go back or to stay and become Rwandese, let’s catch up.

Detailed Itinerary

DAY SIX

Our Guide/Driver will pick you up from the airport or your hotel or residence in Kigali and embark on a 2 hour drive to the park. On arrival the guide will take you through the whole Registration process, After here you will go straight for the morning game drive in the company of a ranger Guide.

The game drive takes about 2 hours, but the Akagera game drive can last about 6 hours depending on the animal sightings and interest. During this time expect to encounter Lions, Zebras, Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Leopards (if you are lucky) and Rhinos.

You will then have a picnic lunch at the park and then head for the afternoon boat safari at Lake Ihema. after the boat safari, return to Kigali arriving later in the evenning.
