Pick up and transfer to Pian Upe game reserve
Early in the morning after your breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe to start your trip to Pian Upe game reserve.
Pian Upe is Uganda's largest game reserve located in Karamoja region amidst Kidepo valley national park and Mount Elgon national park.
About 350kms you will enjoy the drive via Mbale and Soroti with scenic views of the beauty in Eastern Uganda.
Reach in the late afternoon to check in at the lodge for relaxation dinner and overnight.

Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve is one distinguished place for harbouring quite a number of rare animals found nowhere else in Uganda, such as a healthy population of Cheetahs and Uganda's only remaining population of Roan Antelopes.
Seeing the Cheetah measures up to 80% chances thus Pian Upe wildlife reserve is the best place to see world's fastest mammal.
Other predators found in the reserve include; the wildcats, Jackals, Spotted Hyenas , Civets, Serval Cats, the mysterious Leopards and prides of Lions are reported to periodically travel between the nearby Amudat Wildlife Conservation Area and Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve.
Explore Sipi Falls
After breakfast, hike to explore a series of 3 waterfalls which make up Sipi falls. Each of the three falls is located on different altitudes which are at 100 meters, 85 meters and 75 meters accordingly.
You will fall through a network of trails hiking on ladders soaked with water. The hike takes over 4 hours to cover up the 7 kilometers trail.
The hike is steep and the trails slippery, hiking a stick is therefore a must have.
The top of the falls offer you magnificent views of Mount Elgon, the park and neighboring communities. Return to the lodge for refreshment and late lunch and then refresh to prepare for a coffee tour in the evening.
The coffee tour takes you through the local coffee preparation experience. Right from the coffee plantation to the last stage of consumption, an experience that is local and unique.
Walk back to the lodge later in the evening for dinner and overnight.
White water rafting and transfer to Entebbe
Have an early morning breakfast, transfer to Jinja with your guide to have a closure with the adventure to the source of the Nile. Reach Jinja earlier to start your exploration to the source of the world's longest river.
Have lunch and embark on your activity with a boat ride on the Nile with a surrounding of the local fishermen fishing on the river. The activity normally takes 2 hours and then transfers to Entebbe or an overnight stay in Kampala depending on your arrangements.
